Online Art Therapy Studio

 

You might find it challenging to access art materials or have limited finances available. Don’t worry, you don’t have to buy expensive materials and even basic materials such as pencils and pens are absolutely fine to use. Here are some ideas for inspiration and see what materials you are drawn to and want to bring to the sessions. 

 

Paper:

Plain paper – varying sizes, from A1–A4

Watercolour paper - varying sizes, from A3-A5

Collage paper, i.g. Shiney paper, cut out shapes, stencils
